Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our holiday apartments, arrival, booking and stay at Apartments Siegi in Partschins, South Tyrol.
General
Why is Siegi ideal for a quiet holiday in South Tyrol?
Siegi is deliberately located away from the hustle and bustle – on the edge of Parcines, surrounded by orchards and nature. Here you can enjoy peace, relaxation and plenty of privacy, without having to give up good connections to Merano or the mountains.
What does “aparthotel” mean?
At our house, guests find fully equipped apartments – from cosy studios to comfortable two-room apartments. Unlike a classic holiday apartment, we also offer hotel services: a small daily room service, thorough cleaning twice a week, and flexible catering options – from self-catering to our bread roll service and breakfast.
Is the house in a quiet location?
Yes. Siegi is located at the end of a cul-de-sac – directly next to orchards and walking paths towards Merano and Lagundo. This allows you to enjoy absolute peace and quiet without having to give up proximity to the village centre.
How personal is the service at Siegi?
We are not an anonymous accommodation provider, but a personally run house. We are on site every day, always happy to listen to your wishes and glad to give individual tips for excursions, restaurants and experiences in the region.

Yes, in Parcines the local tax is € 2.60 per person per day, from the age of 14.

Yes, when booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.

from 60 days before arrival: 100% of the travel price
We always do our best to rent out the cancelled apartment again. If we succeed, the cancellation costs are reduced accordingly.
Is there a minimum stay or fixed arrival and departure days?
We are deliberately flexible and do not work exclusively with fixed changeover days. In high season, a minimum stay of 5 nights is desired.
When is the remaining amount to be paid?
The remaining amount is paid on site – preferably in cash or by bank transfer.

Yes, very much so. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
