The prices of our holiday apartments in Parcines near Merano apply per night for 2 people, including the Siegi included services.
The statutory local tax of € 2.60 per person (aged 14 and over) per night is charged additionally.

Children’s prices per day:
up to 4 years: € 8
up to 8 years: € 12
up to 12 years: € 16
up to 15 years: € 20
from 15 years: € 25

Four-legged friends: we charge between € 9.90 and € 19.90 per day for additional cleaning, depending on the size of your pet.

We want to ensure that every guest finds a well-maintained and clean apartment. Therefore, we charge € 59 for the final cleaning of one-room apartments and € 76 for two-room apartments and the Hoachsitz.

Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m., Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – For arrivals after 6:00 p.m., please notify us briefly.

Cancellation conditions
Reserved and unoccupied apartments must be charged for the entire booked period, including late arrival or early departure.
Therefore: to avoid inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Being a regular guest and recommending us to others is worthwhile.

If you recommend us to others and your friends stay with us for at least one week, you will receive a €50 voucher as a token of our appreciation.
